At the same time, we also make these programs directly available to individuals who want to better understand and experience peptide therapy on their own. Through our nudaVitae intake and protocol builder, we help translate complex science into clear, personalized recommendations that can be used either in partnership with your provider or independently through nudaLabs. Understanding Peptide Therapy

Peptides exist in a unique category of medicine. They are not formally classified as pharmaceuticals or supplements, but rather are short chains of amino acids—the same building blocks that naturally exist in your body. Because of their potential to influence metabolism, repair, cognition, and longevity, peptides are increasingly at the center of modern health research.

While many peptides have been studied and used safely for decades in specialized fields, the rapid rise of GLP-1 therapies (such as semaglutide and tirzepatide) has brought new regulatory scrutiny. The FDA has temporarily restricted access to certain peptides while additional clinical trials are underway. This does not necessarily reflect a safety concern—it reflects a call for more standardized data.
